AJ's Training Ltd is a company specialising in training for the highways, construction and fencing industries across the United Kingdom.
Managing Director Andy Williams has been in the fencing/construction industry since 1985 working on most of the large highway projects across Southern England since then. Andy specialised in Vehicle Restraint System installation, but also completed Acoustic and Security installations as a supervisor/installer. He also supervised on many large construction projects, Channel Tunnel Highspeed link to London and many security installations at Her Majesties Prisons. Andy became an Instructor/Assessor in 2007 for the fencing industry and for the plant catergories he'd operated since 1985. He up skilled to further the range of catergories he can train/assess and became involved with PV/Solar Ground Mount installations via Hill-Smith and Tata Steel products creating a new training course for all new labourers to this field. Due to incidents within the fencing industry, he has worked alongside the HSE to write new training courses, such as the Vehicle Mounted Post/Pile Driving course. He was asked to become a permanent member of the Sector Scheme 2B Sub Training Committee at Lantra Awards to help them re-write the standards for VRS fencing and training.
We also provide a range of first aid training courses in procedures for adults and children, these include anaphylaxis and AED.
Debbie Jones is a Nuco trained First Aid instructor and provides certificated courses via First Aid Awards Ltd, which is an OFQUAL approved Awarding Organisation. Before becoming a trainer she worked for 18 years in an NHS Accident and Emergency Department which enables her to draw on real life experiences to ensure a high standard of learning is achieved.
She trains on all the First Aid Courses we have available and can come to your premises or arrange a venue for the training to be held.
